>> Title: The AI Learning Paradox: When AI Succeeds and Education Fails
>> Description: Students using AI solve more problems but understand less — this is the AI Learning Paradox. While AI tools are rapidly transforming education and corporate training, emerging research highlights critical challenges. Unstructured AI use can weaken learning outcomes, reduce critical thinking, and foster dependency, while traditional assessment methods increasingly fail to verify actual learning. In contrast, structured and guided AI use can fully reverse these effects. This keynote explores key failure patterns and introduces a practical maturity framework for responsible AI adoption.
