Personal Branding in the AI Era (BIP)

April 20–24, 2026

ISM University of Management and Economics (Vilnius, Lithuania) is organizing a comprehensive international programme, Personal Branding in the AI Era, bringing together participants to critically examine how individual positioning, credibility, and communication evolve under conditions of digital acceleration and AI-mediated visibility.

The programme is structured as an intensive, multi-day learning experience combining conceptual foundations, strategic development, applied workshops, and experiential activities across Vilnius.

Programme Overview

The curriculum is organized around four interrelated pillars:

1. Foundations of Personal Branding

Participants examine the conceptual evolution of personal branding, moving from traditional reputation management toward algorithmically mediated identity construction. Emphasis is placed on:

  1. The historical development and contemporary relevance of personal branding
  2. Structured self-discovery (strengths, values, motivations)
  3. Translating identity into actionable brand statements and visualized vision boards

2. Strategy and Credibility

The programme foregrounds the necessity of coherence and credibility in personal branding strategies:

  1. Designing a structured personal branding plan
  2. Goal setting and audience definition
  3. Credibility as a foundational constraint rather than a promotional add-on

3. Communication and Self-Presentation

Participants develop high-impact communication skills under conditions of attention scarcity:

Crafting concise and differentiated elevator pitches

Managing first impressions in professional contexts

4. Channels and Content

The programme addresses the operational layer of personal branding:

  1. Selection and coordination of online and offline channels
  2. Strategic use of LinkedIn as a professional growth platform
  3. Development of consistent content pillars and messaging frameworks

5. Networking, Advocacy and Presentation

The final component integrates relational and organizational dimensions:

  1. Building and maintaining strategic professional networks
  2. Developing networking competencies
  3. Understanding employee advocacy as an extension of personal branding
  4. Final group presentations with structured peer feedback
