EUonAIR Sponsors Innovation and Creativity Award at the 20th GoliADs CEU UAO Awards

On May 7, the EUonAIR European University Alliance participated as a sponsor in the 20th edition of the GoliADs CEU UAO Awards, held at Universitat CEU Abat Oliba.

The GoliADs Awards are an annual communication awards event organised by university students to recognise excellence in journalism, advertising, and audiovisual communication. Over the past two decades, the initiative has become an important meeting point connecting academia with the communication and creative industries.

This anniversary edition gathered around 400 attendees, including journalists, communication professionals, advertisers, students, and faculty members, in a gala dedicated to celebrating creativity, innovation, and emerging talent. The 2026 edition featured the participation of 28 agencies presenting more than 70 projects across various competition categories.

One of the distinctive aspects of the GoliADs Awards is its student-led jury, composed of journalism and advertising students who evaluate projects from the perspective of new generations, with particular attention to innovation, creativity, and audience engagement.

As part of its participation, EUonAIR sponsored the Innovation and Creativity Award, which was presented to Núria Moliner. Her work focuses on the dissemination of architectural culture and research in architecture, design, and urbanism from a social and environmental perspective.

The recognition closely reflects EUonAIR’s mission to promote Smart and Green UniverCities by supporting sustainable and innovative approaches that connect knowledge, creativity, and social impact within urban and academic environments.

EUonAIR’s involvement in the GoliADs Awards further demonstrates the alliance’s commitment to fostering creativity and innovation within higher education while strengthening the relationship between universities, research, and societal challenges.
