EUonAIR Summer School 2026 in Heilbronn
At the beginning of July our International Summer School "Responsible AI: Ethics. Innovation. Practice." took place - and we're looking back on an inspiring week filled with new ideas, meaningful discussions, and international connections.
20 students from 7 our partner universities came together in Heilbronn to explore the opportunities and challenges of responsible AI. Working in international teams, they developed innovative solutions to real-world AI challenges and pitched their ideas at the end of the programme. Beyond the classroom, we gained valuable insights during visits to Audi Forum Neckarsulm, IPAI, and Heidelberg Innovation Park, where we experienced the region's dynamic AI ecosystem firsthand.
And of course, it wasn't all about lectures and teamwork. From exploring Heilbronn on an e-scooter sightseeing tour and relaxing by the Neckar River to a fun bowling evening, there were plenty of opportunities to connect, network, and make new friends.
