Mobility is much more than Erasmus, paperwork, or international meetings
Mobility is every experience that broadens our horizons and helps us grow. Every journey—whether it lasts a semester, a week, or just a few days—can strengthen our human, psychological, social, and economic capital. Every new place, every conversation, every challenge, and every collaboration leaves us with something valuable.
Physical mobility is just one of the many ways to engage in this process, but it remains a powerful one. It creates opportunities to learn from others, exchange perspectives, build international networks, and return home with new ideas and fresh inspiration.
During the EUonAIR Annual Conference, the WP5 – AI-Assisted Holistic Mobility team had the opportunity to come together and demonstrate that we do not only talk about mobility—we actively practice it. By participating ourselves, we also reinforce one of the key messages we want to share with our students: mobility is an investment in personal and professional development that extends far beyond travelling.
A big thank you to our hosts at Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM) for creating a space where partners from different work packages could exchange knowledge, discuss future collaboration, listen to inspiring speakers, and jointly highlight mobility as one of the key performance indicators of the EUonAIR alliance.
Mobility is not a destination. It is a continuous process of learning, connecting, and growing.
