The State of AI Power Play
On 14 July 2026, EUonAIR hosted the AI Analysis Workshop at the Luxembourg School of Business (LSB), featuring an Executive Round Table on "The State of AI Power Play."
Chaired by Dr. Andrej Bajić (Luxembourg School of Business), the round table brought together leading experts from academia and industry:
- Giacomo Sergio, Managing Director, Wondersys
- Emanuel Lacić, Principal Engineer & Scientist, Infobip
- Isabell Steidel, M.Sc., Alliance Manager, Heilbronn University (HHN) and EUonAIR Communication Officer
The workshop provided a platform for discussing the rapidly evolving AI landscape, examining how artificial intelligence is reshaping business, higher education, and society. Participants explored the opportunities and challenges associated with AI adoption, the growing importance of responsible and trustworthy AI, and the strategic role that universities and industry partnerships play in preparing future talent for an AI-driven world.
The AI Analysis Workshop was delivered as part of EUonAIR's mandatory dissemination activities. By bringing together experts from academia, research, and industry, the event supported the dissemination of project outcomes, fostered knowledge exchange, and reinforced EUonAIR's commitment to innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and the sustainable development of the European University Initiative.
