What has EUonAIR built in its first six months?

From launching the MyAI University prototype to forming student boards and testing new AI learning tools, we’re building a future where education is smarter, more inclusive, and more connected.

January


• The EUonAIR project officially launched with an online kick-off meeting

• Management Office established

• Holistic Mobility Support Center established at Kozminski University

• CampusAI selected as platform provider through an open tender procedure

• Project presented to university communities and external stakeholders


February


• EUonAIR Communication Committee established

• EUonAIR Inclusive Governance and Collaboration Committee established

• Financial procedures and project reporting documentation drafted

• Governance body meeting schedule outlined

• Branding guidelines developed for MyAI University and EUonAIR

• Development of the MyAI University platform prototype started


March


• First Steering Committee meeting held

• Signing of agreements with Associated Partners initiated

• Quality Assurance Unit established

• Members selected for the Student Board, General Assembly, and Advisory Board

• EUonAIR joined the Initiative of Croatian European Universities Alliances

• First avatars developed for Prof. Aleksandra Przegalińska, Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek (KU Rector), and Prof. Izabela Grabowska

• EUonAIR Communication and Dissemination Plan submitted


April


• Constituent meetings of the Student Board and Management Board held

• EUonAIR kick-off hosted at the European Parliament and Commission offices in Barcelona

• Concept and development of the My Mobility Dashboard initiated

• MyAI University platform prototype launched; early adopters group of 65 KU students engaged

• First test of the platform conducted, with 80 feedback entries collected

• First course implemented on the prototype: Data Science in Business by KU


May


• EUonAIR Warsaw Kick-off brought together project partners, stakeholders, and university leadership

• Official signing of agreements with Associated Partners

• First Advisory Board meeting held

• Constituent General Assembly Meeting held on 27 May, establishing EUonAIR’s highest decision-making body

• Initial testing of the My Mobility Dashboard conducted during the Warsaw event

• Concept and early prototype of the MyAI University metaverse developed

• EUonAIR.eu official website launched


June

• EUonAIR course catalogue submitted
